From March to August the giant leatherback hauls ashore on Tobago's beaches to nest. Once
the sun starts setting until late night, we take you to watch these ancient creatures up close, an

Three steps to the good life.
No forms, no apps, booking works the island way: send an email, get a reply from a human.
Tell us your plan
Email us the tour you want, half or full day, your preferred date, how many guests
(adults, children) and where you're staying. We usually respond within 24 hours, call if it's urgent.
Please wait for our reply before sending a deposit, your booking starts once
we've confirmed your tour and date.
Secure it with a deposit
Once we've confirmed your date, a 50% deposit secures your booking, cash to our
representative, or online via PayPal. Only
bookings with a deposit or written confirmation from Frankie Tours count as booked.
Show up, hop on
Payment is settled before departure and you get an official receipt, show it to our
representative on request. Then the only job left is enjoying yourself. We always leave on time.

Payment arrangement for our tours must be organized before the time of departure.
You will be provided with an official receipt, show it to our representative on request.
Only official receipts from Frankie Tours will be accepted.
To secure your tickets, Frankie Tours asks for a deposit (50%), which can be paid
cash to our representative, or online via PayPal.
Only bookings with a deposit, or a written confirmation from Frankie Tours, are
considered a booking!

When you use PayPal, please make sure to write the names registered for the tour,
and your receipt number, if you have one.
Cancellations, weather & no-shows
Frankie Tours will always attempt to do the scheduled tours on time, and in case of
weather conditions or other out-of-our-control situations, re-schedule for the next
possible time. Only the Frankie Tours representative in charge of the tour, and the boat
captain, can decide if a tour is to be cancelled because of weather conditions.
If you are unable to join a scheduled tour, for any reason, Frankie Tours will allow you
to re-schedule up to 3 times without losing your deposit.
There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before start. Special
custom tours and group tours must be cancelled at least 4 days before start.
A no-show for a tour gives no right to any refund.
Some of our tours require a certain minimum of guests before we can make the tour
happen (Coastline, BBQ etc.), schedule your tours as early as possible, and have a few
alternative days ready.

give us a call instead and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Watch out for fake representatives
From time to time, people pretend to represent Frankie Tours and accept payment. They are
not associated with us in any way, and their fake bookings will not be accepted.
Make sure you pay our official representative only, and that you get a signed receipt
from a printed receipt book, not just a plain one.

We're already in Tobago. Can we book a tour for tomorrow?
Yes, call us: we answer the phone 24 hours a day. Email replies usually come within 24 hours, so for a trip tomorrow the phone is fastest. The sunset cruise, the lagoon cruise and the coastline snorkeling trip leave daily.
We're visiting from Trinidad for a few days. Can we join a tour?
Of course. Every tour is open to local visitors, and a rental car comes with free delivery and pickup, including at the airport in Crown Point.
Which tours suit families with children?
The Buccoo Reef glass-bottom boat is our most family-friendly trip: you see the reef through glass panels in the floor, the Nylon Pool is shallow, and the boat carries life jackets. The sunset cruise and the lagoon cruise run in calm, sheltered water. The booze cruise is for adults only.
How do I book and pay?
Email or call us with your dates and group size. A 50% deposit secures your spot, paid to our representative, and you get an official receipt.
Can you arrange a tour that is not on the list?
Yes. We organize any tour or experience in Tobago on request, including custom cruise shore excursions, private charters and combinations of the trips above. Tell us what you have in mind.
