Island Tour

Tobago is one of the most beautiful Caribbean islands, and as you climb up in an open top jeep or air conditioned mini bus into the northern side, you will see some of the highest view points of the Caribbean and Atlantic sides. Travel through the local villages to get a feel of local life and scenery, visit some historical forts, waterwheels, and see the old clay ovens which are still used for baking pastries and bread in old fashioned way. Visit isolated and amazing waterfalls have lunch at the famous Gemma’s Tree house Restaurant at Speyside. In the afternoon we drive you through the rainforest to some of the loveliest beaches including Englishman’s Bay & Castara. Unforgettable costal drive back to your hotel. Tour includes transport and TTIC Certified Tour Guides.

Little Tobago offshore bird sanctuary and
the Rainforest.

This combined tour is considered the most informative tour on the island as well as an adventure. You will see one of the oldest rainforest in the world and little Tobago in one day.

 

The rainforest contains over 82 species of birds and spectacular waterfalls. See birds from the White Tailed Sabre Wings to the Blue Back Manikin, collared Trogon.

Drive up the Atlantic side of Tobago to Speyside for lunch at the famous Gemma’s Tree house restaurant. Take a short boat ride to little Tobago, the home of the magnificent Frigate bird, blue face Booby and the Red Bill Tropic nesting with their baby chicks. Snorkel and see large brain coral on angel Reef & Japanese Garden, home of the manta rays, Turtles, many species of fish and very rich in coral life.

Main Ridge Rainforest Tour

Visit one of the oldest protected rainforest in the world, which contains over 82 species of birds, many species of animals, flowering plants and shrubs, Butterflies including The Blue Emperor and spectacular waterfalls. See birds from the White Tailed Sabre Wings to the Blue Back Manikin and Collared Trogon. Sample some of the local fruits.

Bird watching tour

Especially for you bird watchers. See over 60 species of birds in their nature habitats at Buccoo Marsh and Grafton Sanctuary or Petit Trou Lagoon. Some of the birds to be seen are Egrets, Lapwings, Herons, Kingfishers, Sandpipers, Plovers and many more.

Bring binoculars and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Turtle watching

Tobago is one of the main nesting grounds for the giant Leatherback turtles.

In season you can watch them struggle their way onto the beach, lay their eggs, and glide back out to the sea. It's a great experience.
